Commissioned by FESTO, this study maps out strategic options for an educational institute for the industrialization of Africa, based on Tenerife. It profiles target countries (Tunisia, Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Morocco) and Tenerife’s role as a hub, including its special economic zone (ZEC) and available EU and Spanish funding programmes.
