In a consultancy project with Loro Parque, EAVE and Wooptix, students applied the RESTORE model to assess each company’s sustainability stage – from conventional to regenerative – and delivered concrete recommendations, from reducing plastic use and sourcing locally at Loro Parque to battery and panel improvements at EAVE and long-term viability planning for Wooptix’s imaging technology.
